Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Techlyer!

We are glad you are here. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, services, and working relationship operate. We have written them simply and clearly so you can understand what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

By visiting techlyer.com, contacting us, requesting a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

When you use our website or work with Techlyer, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into an agreement
  • You are using our services for lawful purposes
  • You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
  • If you are acting for a business or organization, you have permission to agree on its behalf

These terms apply to everyone who interacts with Techlyer, including website visitors, leads, clients, partners, and anyone using our services in any form.

What We Do

Techlyer is a global software and digital solutions company. We provide a range of services, including:

  • Web development
  • Mobile app development
  • UI/UX design
  • Digital marketing
  • SEO services
  • Content writing
  • Video editing
  • Consulting, support, and related digital solutions

Every project is a little different, which is why our services are usually based on a custom scope, quotation, proposal, or written agreement. That means pricing, timelines, features, and final results may vary depending on your needs, feedback, and the project itself.

We may also update, improve, pause, or remove parts of our website or services from time to time. If there is a signed agreement in place, that agreement will guide the project terms.

Using Our Website

You are welcome to use techlyer.com for legal business and informational purposes. We simply ask that you use it responsibly.

Please do not:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt to break, disrupt, or overload our systems
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, server, or network
  • Copy or scrape content without permission

We do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

This section is important, and we want to keep it clear.

Techlyer Materials

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, everything on our website and within our internal systems belongs to Techlyer or our licensors. This includes:

  • Branding
  • Text and graphics
  • Templates and processes
  • Frameworks and code libraries
  • Designs, layouts, and service descriptions

You may not copy, reuse, modify, distribute, or exploit these materials without written permission.

Your Content

Anything you provide to us for your project remains yours. This may include:

  • Logos
  • Brand assets
  • Documents
  • Images and videos
  • Business information and other content

By sharing these materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You also give us limited permission to use, store, edit, and process them only as needed to complete your project.

Final Deliverables

Ownership of final work depends on your proposal, contract, or invoice. In most cases:

  • You receive the right to use the final approved deliverables after full payment
  • Techlyer keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, frameworks, and reusable components
  • Third-party assets remain subject to their own license terms
  • Drafts, rejected concepts, and internal working files remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing

If your project includes custom development, ownership or license transfer will follow the signed project agreement. Until payment is complete, deliverables remain under Techlyer’s control.

Portfolio Use

Unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise, we may show completed work, screenshots, project summaries, or brand names in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.

Your Responsibilities

Great projects work best when both sides stay involved and communicate well.

When working with Techlyer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Share content, files, and access credentials on time
  • Respond to feedback and approval requests promptly
  • Make sure the materials you provide do not break any laws or third-party rights
  • Review deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Pay invoices as agreed

You must not use our website or services for anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent. That includes spreading malware, sending spam, misrepresenting who you are, or using our work in ways that violate laws or platform rules.

If we believe our website or services are being misused, we may limit or end access.

Payment Terms and Timelines

We believe in clear expectations from the start.

Pricing

Project fees are based on the approved scope in your proposal, quote, statement of work, or other written agreement. If the scope changes, additional charges may apply.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices are listed in the currency shown on the proposal or invoice
  • Taxes, bank fees, transfer charges, and platform fees may be extra
  • Quotes may expire or change if the project is delayed or updated

Payments

Depending on the project, payment may include:

  • An upfront deposit before work begins
  • Milestone payments during the project
  • Final payment before transfer, launch, or delivery
  • Monthly recurring payments for ongoing services like SEO, maintenance, or marketing

If payment is late, we may:

  • Delay the project
  • Pause work
  • Hold final files, credentials, or launch support
  • Charge late fees or collection costs where allowed by law

Payments for completed work, active phases, strategy, consultations, or reserved production time are generally non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Timelines

We always try to deliver on time, but most timelines are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Delivery depends on things like:

  • Timely communication
  • Fast approvals
  • Stable project scope
  • Access to needed assets and accounts
  • Third-party platform performance

If delays happen because of client feedback, third-party platforms, or major scope changes, the timeline may be extended.

Revisions and Scope Changes

Most projects include a set number of revisions, as described in your proposal or agreement.

If you request something beyond the approved scope, such as:

  • A major redesign
  • Extra pages
  • New features
  • Additional integrations
  • Strategy changes

we may treat that as extra work and bill it separately. Techlyer has the right to decide whether a request counts as a revision or a scope change.

Third-Party Tools and Services

Some projects rely on outside platforms or providers. These may include:

  • Hosting companies
  • Plugins and software tools
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics tools
  • App stores
  • Ad platforms
  • APIs
  • Stock media and licensed assets

While we may help set these up, we are not responsible for their downtime, pricing changes, policy updates, security issues, or service interruptions.

Unless we have agreed to manage them for you, you are responsible for keeping any required third-party accounts, subscriptions, and licenses active.

Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously. If you share confidential business, financial, technical, or project information with us, we will use reasonable care to protect it. We expect the same from you.

This does not apply to information that:

  • Is already public
  • Was already known legally
  • Comes lawfully from another source
  • Must be shared due to law or court order

If we have signed a separate non-disclosure agreement with you, that agreement will take priority where needed.

Governing Law and Updates

Techlyer works internationally and maintains business presence information in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Kuta, Indonesia. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws most closely connected to the relevant Techlyer entity, project agreement, or service engagement.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal requirements. When we do, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

If you continue using our website or services after changes are posted, that means you accept the updated terms.
